THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ENJOY THE WILD FOREST:

1. A NEW OBSTACLE ROUTE INSIDE THE WILD FOREST
Meet the obstacles here. EXCLUDED: Sky Rig & Spinning Monkeys.
Family sessions only: a disinfected mobile spray gun will be left at the first obstacle (tyre wall). You must keep it with your group for your session & disinfect each allocated lane before using - return the spray gun to reception before leaving. Individual sessions will have their lane disinfected after them. You might find some #lovemud if you look, bring a bin bag, bottle of water to wash down after your session.

2. A NEW OPEN OUTDOOR TRAINING ZONE WITH EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE THE WILD FOREST

This is a training session with up to 4 people and a PT.  All equipment will be cleaned between sessions.
The training area is outside the Wild Forest. You can work out in a colour coded square measuring 730 x 780mm. There are 12 colour coded pieces of equipment (for your use only) for you to use inside your square. The Dirty Dozen are: a keg, tractor tyre, weighted bar, wreck bag, little tyre, purple strap, chain pull, sledge hammer, dead lift log, balance beam, Fokker missile & kettlebell.  One of our PTs will oversee your training session.
