Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am
Ladies Fitness Class
PT led fun outdoor class focusing on improving fitness and strength with likeminded ladies
(Obstacles not necessarily included)
ALL ABILITIES WELCOME

Thursdays 7-8pm
Train with James
nUCLEAR RACES – Race Director
A weekly outdoor class with the ultimate goal to get race director James and you fitter & healthier
Every week is different e.g. may include obstacles, hit circuits or water yoga.
3rd Thursday of every month Run with James meeting up at different locations for the run

This class is all about obstacles & preparing for race day

OCR Racers with Coach Dean Johnson
Focusing on technique, speed over obstacles & overall fitness
