A weekly outdoor class with the ultimate goal to get race director James and you fitter & healthier

Every week is different e.g. may include obstacles, hit circuits or water yoga

Purely Obstacles

This class is all about obstacle techniques

Focusing on 3 technical obstacles each week finishing with an obstacle circuit

Focusing on technique, speed over obstacles & overall fitness

8.30 – 9.30am FOR ADVANCED RACERS

Zoom Fitness Starting 6th November

60 minute fitness class online

Hitt, tabata or strength classes

Focussing on toning, building muscle & fat burning
