Nuclear Wild forest
Round up your squad for a full-on #LoveMud experience at Nuclear Wild Forest, where you’ll climb, crawl, and splash your way through our famous outdoor obstacle course. It’s the ultimate test of teamwork and fun — and you’ll definitely leave with memories (and probably mud) that last.
Our Hen & Stag Wild Forest sessions are led by qualified instructors and tailored to your group’s energy level, so everyone can get involved — no matter how competitive (or delicate) the group might be. You’ll tackle a mix of natural and man-made obstacles, with the option to finish on our legendary Deathslide into water or even add ziplines for extra thrills.
Afterwards, clean up in our indoor washdowns, grab a drink or some food in the heated party room, or relax around the fire pit to share the day’s best moments. It’s the perfect mix of mud, mischief and celebration.
Nuclear Adventures
For a hen or stag party that’s a little less muddy but every bit as thrilling, head to Nuclear Adventures. You’ll take on our High Ropes Course, soar through the trees on the Zip Trek, or unleash your inner Viking with a round of Axe Throwing — all under the guidance of our friendly instructors.
Our party packages are flexible and can be tailored to your group’s vibe — whether you want high-adrenaline adventure, a bit of friendly competition, or just an excuse to laugh together while facing your fears (and cheering each other on from below).
With catering options, a Party Den for celebrations, and full facilities including toilets, changing areas, and parking, your day will be seamless from start to finish — leaving you free to focus on having fun before the big day.

- Nuclear Races: Our legendary obstacle course races are packed with mud, water, and laughter — the perfect mix for a truly unforgettable send-off. Work together, get messy, and enjoy the buzz of crossing the finish line side by side. Events are held in May and September.
- Nuclear Fit: Get the group moving with this high-energy outdoor fitness race featuring six unique fitness stations. With plenty of encouragement (and a few laughs along the way), it’s a great way to bond before the big day. Events are held in May, July, and September.
- Nuclear Mud Tribe: Prefer laughter over competition? Nuclear Mud Tribe is all about fun, teamwork, and muddy good times. Everyone can join in, no matter their fitness level — expect smiles, splashes, and plenty of memories. Held in September.

Fantastic time at Nuclear Races! As a deaf person, I didn’t want to miss out, and have been wanting to try this challenge for years.. but was too nervous, since I wouldn’t have my hearing aids in! Plucked up the courage to join, and I was VERY impressed with how inclusive and thoughtful the team were. We had a bib system in place, so the marshals would know I was ‘the deaf one’! The marshals were all aware, and so friendly! There was even one who signed ‘applause” as I came round! Thank you to Sam for putting this all in place for me. I will be back next year for sure!
