Train with James

Thursdays 7-8pm


Every week a different PT will put Race Director James and class through their paces with the ultimate goal to get fitter & be healthier.  Classes will be outdoors in the forest & will vary week on week but will include circuits, obstacle training, HIIT and maybe a pilates class.


Variety is the spice of life - who will be the instructor? what will the class be? the only way to find out is to sign up. Join us & stick with it. All abilities welcome!
